The full sequence will be covered over 2 days; priority is given to full weekend bookings. Single-day spots are subject to availability.

The Bikram sequence is designed for people with limited mobility or flexibility, and those dealing with back issues, knee pain, stress, or anxiety... In short, the struggles of normal people like you and me.

In fact, yogis who have practiced since birth and lead a contemplative life eventually reach a point where they hardly perform asanas at all; it is those of us with these modern challenges who truly need them.

No prior experience is necessary to attend this workshop. In fact, it’s almost better that way. It’s like learning to drive: the less you know, the easier it is to avoid automating unnecessary movements or thoughts. For experienced practitioners, it’s the perfect way to unlearn old habits and deepen their understanding of the practice.

Whether you’ve been practicing Bikram for a short time, a long time, or are too afraid to start: come to the workshop. You will be in the hands of one of the leading Bikram masters in Spain.

Rafa trained in Los Angeles at the Bikram Yoga College of India and later began his practice at Nacho Cano’s studio in Miami. He has spent over a decade teaching in the USA, Indonesia, Thailand, India, Latvia, Kenya, Denmark, Jamaica, and Spain, drawing wisdom from teaching diverse cultures.

With all his experience and a big heart, Rafa will cover:

  • Origins and purpose of Bikram Yoga.
  • The practice within the context of modern postural disciplines.
  • A participatory, posture-by-posture review of the series.
  • Context and placement of postures within the sequence.
  • Benefits and correct approaches for injury management.
  • Mental focus of the practice.
  • Practical tips for evolution.

See you in the room.
